UART test for Altera Cyclon IV

My board has Altera EP4CE22F17I7N Cyclon IV. Need to test UART communication.  

 

What HW can simulate UART (signals) for ALTERA? 

 

Would you give me any idea for my HW setup to test the UART Low Voltage Differential Signal communication?
