USB Blaster not recognized in device manager. It show warning symbol and show message Unknown USB Device (Device Descriptor Request Fail).
Device USB\VID_0000&PID_0002\6&f567541&0&1 had a problem starting.

I already turn on no integrity checks, and test signing, also i already turn my computer into test mode. i also already turn off Microsoft driver blocklist, and also disabled USB selective suspend setting, still the USB didn't recognized in device manager. I already disable driver signature enforcement from advanced startup setting windows. But it all didn't work.
Can you please help me to resolve the Issue. I am using Intel Quartus 16.1 version , to resolve the issue I set all those setting and restarted the PC many times but it is not helping me to resolve this Issue.
I try to force install the driver into unknown USB device. But it still didn't read the driver either in device manager or Quartus.
Windows cannot load the device driver for this hardware. The driver may be corrupted or missing.
FYI, i'm using Windows 11 operating system, and AMD CPU, i thought because my CPU has different manufacture from the altera(Intel), it didn't compatible to my computer.
Can anyone help me to resolve this issue?

Hi,
Do you still facing this issue?
Kindly try below:
- Ensure that USB Blaster Adapter connected to the board in correct manner(one to one mapping)
- Complete reinstall of Quartus Prime
- Running as admin
Another try:
- Disconnect other USB device
- uninstall and reinstall the usb blaster driver
- If you have another USB Blaster, please try using another one and see if it works.
