USB Blaster issues

USB blaster with EPM240T100C5N is not showing up in Quartus 22.1 version. Although it is getting detected in device manager. Please suggest me any economical debugger which can work with intel CPLD without any issues.

I bought one of those same inexpensive clones on Amazon. Never got it to work.

I have used a TerAsic USB Blaster clone since then, have never had any issues using it on any version of Quartus, starting 13.0sp1.

See my link to TerAsic in my previous post.

What type of USB Blaster are you using? Is it a cheap 3rd party clone? Or a certified compliant USB Blaster?

Personally I use this:  https://www.terasic.com.tw/cgi-bin/page/archive.pl?Language=English&No=46

From TerAsic, maker of many Altera development boards. Never had a problem with it with any Quartus version 13.0sp1 or later.

Thanks for a quick reply. I was using the 3rd party clone.

Here is the link: https://zbotic.in/product/usb-blaster-altera-cpld-fpga-programmer/?gad_source=1&gclid=CjwKCAiA-Oi7BhA1EiwA2rIu27fWJKY2N_rTYTC4cFpq1uVsj61w7V_nb2RS7o05FXsyf4dpeQbq8RoCS-4QAvD_BwE . I am going to use MAX V CPLD for further of my product development. Can you please suggest few more economical debugger with lesser problems?
