Usb blaster drivers

I installed Quartus 9.2sp1 on my new pc where is windows xp sp3. 

When I try to install usb blaster drivers with the usual procedure it says : cannot find the software. 

I've done this procedure many times with success on other machines, what can have happened? 

PC recognizes the new hardware and usb ports are working properly.

Have you got the following folder? 

C:\altera\91\quartus\drivers\usb-blaster

yes, it seem do not read the .inf file.

1. In Windows XP, unstall the USB-blaster driver 

2. Reboot 

3. Reinstall USB-blaster driver 

4. If# 3 failed, manual browse the driver to install
