VGA Hsync

Hi to all 

I'm using VDP18 (VHDL TMS9928/TMS9929 video display processor) but it's output is CGA 15Khz. 

I really like to have VGA 31Khz but I don't know how to do it.:oops: 

 

Attached the file where Hsync and Vsync are set.
