Virtual JTAG megafunction Question

How to connect the MOSI(4 bit), CS (4-bit), CLK(4-bit), MISO(1bit) to the 13 bit instruction register in virtual jtag megafunction so that I could interface to external IC? Can give some example or hints? 

 

I would appreciate if you could response me asap....Thanks
