WCAG category needed for Altera Design suite

for easy access for somehow disabled people we need to know the WCAG rating for Altera tool suite

accordung to Section 508 Accessibility Simplified: A Guide to US Digital Disability Inclusion, or similar

if there is any. If not, please also confirm there is no such option
