What is the data retention spec for Max V UFM and CFM?

I was unable to locate in the handbook or characterization report.

Hi,

 

The Max V UFM and CFM is something like NOR Flash which has unlimited retention. We just provide how many erase and write cycle it is supported which you can get from datasheet. UFM is 1000 Cycle while CFM is 100 cycle
