I was instructed through the Intel online chat to request Stratix 10 DX2800 the FloTHERM compact thermal model (CTM) through this forum for a thermal analysis of the device. Thanks you for your prompt response.

Hi Wilson
The CTMs do not have power. The power comes form EPE or PTC based on the design resource usage. If you have the PTC for this design, with that the Engineering team can provide the powers for each tile and few other thermal parameters. Also please refer to the doc below for more details on thermal analysis of Stratix 10:

Thanks.

Hi Wilson
Thanks for your inquiry through IPS.
In general, the Flotherm model can be obtained as mentioned in the link below but I don't see the model available for the device you required.
I need to check with Engineering team before get back to you on this.
Thanks.

Hi Eng Wei
The thermal model does not provide a thermal design power value, we plan to have an FPGA wattage of about 200 watts. How to distribute power on FPGA core and transceiver(Main,HSSI0_0~ HSSI2_1)?
Thank you for your help!
