Where is the Multi-Port Front-End reference design?

I'm in need of a ddr2 controller arbiter, and Altera already has the Multi-Port Front-End (MPFE) reference design. The document can be searched and downloaded from www[dot]altera[dot]com/literature/an/an637.pdf and on page 8 it says:

--- Quote Start ---

You can obtain the MPFE reference design from the MPFE_Reference_Design.zip file provided with this document. The MPFE_Reference_Design.zip file contains all the designs files, and a README.pdf file that provides information for the contents of the mpfe and design_example folders.

--- Quote End ---

But the MPFE_Reference_Design.zip is nowhere to be found.

This is for a Cyclone IV, and I checked that the MPFE is not part of the DDR2 controller (version I or II) options in the megawizard.

The above link has expired. USe the following: https://www.intel.com/content/dam/www/programmable/us/en/others/literature/an/mpfe_reference_design.zip

Paste that into your web browser, it will automatically kick up the download in to your local drive. I have also attached the .zip file
