anyone have simple sample code for DE3 board?

Hi all, 

I'm very fresh for the DE3 development board. 

The sample code Altera gave is too complicated for me.:confused:  

So, is anyone have some very simple sample code for DE3 board, such as make the led blinking? 

appreciate for helps!!!:) :)
