Here is the problem statement.
1. There are low pulses of ~1.7ms on the nStatus signal at every ~280ms interval. We suspect that this might be due to POR error.
- Power sequence is verified as per the guideline below in the handbook.
- There is delay of the 600ms between the last supply of the FPGA and the first supply of the IMX8.
- This delay is to restrict the IMX8 connections from creating any issue while FPGA is booting up.
2. JTAG chain is not being detected by the USB blaster.
- MSEL pins are configured as MSEL2:0 - 011 : AS + Standard POR delay
- When we configure MSEL pins to invalid combination (e.g. 111). JTAG is being detected. But flashing stops in between with an error saying "nConfig pin unable to get high level"
3. Active serial QSPI Flash is also connected to another processor in multi-master mode .
- We flashed .rpd in the AS flash but FPGA is not booting up.
my client shares documents with me that I cannot upload here, do you have an email to send the information?

Hi ericmtzr,
I noticed that the end customer mentioned that they're facing this issue on 6 boards out of 20 boards.
So, as to start troubleshooting and to narrow down the possible cause, have they tried to swap out the boards by substituting the 6 boards with a known-good device?
