Hi experts,

I am not familiar with Alter FPGA.

We use Altera MAX 10 device on our PCB board, there is cpld firmware file *.jed_enc.

how to perform the cpld firmware update? if the MAX CPLD is used at server PCB, any expert know how to update cpld fw via redfish?

Thanks

Hello,

First you need to find the 10-pin JTAG port on your board. Then you need to have USB Blaster II programming cable. Then you will be able to program the MAX10 FPGA.

Hi @Farabi

Sorry for the late reply.

For Altera MAX 10 FW update, in addition to use USB Blaster II programming cable, what kind of software I need to install?

is there any document?

Since I need to update CPLD FW via Redfish, clinet to push CPLD FW to specific URI, then device copy to /tmp folder.

Now the CPLE FW is under /tmp folder, how to perform CPLD FW update?

write image to specific location?

any suggestions

Thanks
