how to use Terisa ADA board for low frequnency signals

We have the Stratix IV development kit and Terisa ADA daughter card. But the daughter card can only handle high frequency signals. Now we need a board which can convert low frequency signals (at most 6KHz), is there any way that we can make the daughter card work:confused:? or is there any ADA card with HSMC interface can meet the requirement?

Thanks,
