is there Packet generator for de2-115?

Hi all, 

is there any packet generator in Qsys/ SOPC for DE2-115 board, which is Cyclone IV? 

and there's one available for stratix what is its operation? does it generate data or it just receive throughput data?

The only generator I know about is here: http://www.alterawiki.com/wiki/nios_ii_udp_offload_example 

You will have to adapt it to the DE2-115
