license for bitstream encryption for Quartus Lite 20.1

I'm using Quartus Lite 20.1. with Max 10 device. How do I apply a bitstream encryption license for the "Convert Programming File" tool so that I can see the SOF Files Bitstream Encryption property. Currently I'm only seeing "Compression" property.
