hi everyone;

my product use  10m04SAM153i7.

since i have to wait a long time if i want to buy 10m04SAM153i7, i want to change it to 10m04SCM153i7.   that is   SA => SC

i check the pcb design, and compare the device pin-out filesD4.png

the D4 of  the 10m04SCM153i7  should be connected to gnd

but now the pcb i left it NC

is that ok if i replace 10m04SAM153i7 by 10m04SCM153i7 ?

or should i have to change the pcb design

Hi QD

Thanks for your request. If the new device you going to use required a GND connection, then you will need to modify the board. If it is the other way round, i.e. the new device required a NC, then you shall be fine:
