hoping to find a solution to this issue.

PC1 and PC2, both have quartus11.0sp1 and NiosII, using DE0-nano hardware from terasic.

I successfully built and ran a project on PC1 (the whole sopcbuilder, quartus compiler, programmer, flash programmer, run as: niosII hardware(helloworld small example template). timestamp, system ID are good to go.

Im trying to copy this project to pc2, and im failing.

I archived PC1 project (quartus > project > archive project), and extract it on pc2.

In PC2, ran the sopcbuilder generate file: success

ran the quartus compilation: success

ran the programmer: success

ran the flash programmer: fail. it complains about systemID or sometimes elf file failure, refuses to compile even if i checked ignore timestamp and systemid in the flash programmer settings.

But when copying PC1's *.sopcinfo file to PC2, and then:

in PC2, skip sopcbuilder,

ran the quartus compilation: success

ran the programmer: success

ran the flash programmer: success after checking ignore systemID.

run as niosII hardware: success.

Is there a way on PC2 to use sopcbuilder without getting errors in the flash programmer step?

*I tried this with sopcbuilder and Qsys, both are the same.
