Which of your parts can handle at least 1080p @ 30fps video? I also need the solution to be low power and to be as small as possible (i.e. fit the stem of an eyeglass)

Fpgas are not low power, and not small. So they are not going to fit in glasses.
but 1080p video only needs about 165Mhz pixel clock, so if you can send in a demuxed SDI feed then just about any modern FPGA can easily handle it.For more complete information about compiler optimizations, see our Optimization Notice.
