Has anybody used pcixpcicore in the design. I am looking at one of the old project and it uses pcixpcicore_master32.vhd as a PCI communication module. However, my Quartus II cannot open this encrypted file to synthesize. It throws out "Error (10003): Can't open encrypted VHDL or Verilog HDL file "--pcixpcicore_master32.vhd" -- current license file does not contain a valid license for encrypted file". I couldn't find any information about this file and am wondering what license do I need to purchase for this. Thanks

I solved the problem. I am able to open and compile this encrypted file with Quartus II 9.0. It is a really old IP core file in 9.0, but is no longer supported in the later version of Quartus II.
