the oreginal circuit is a satelite decoder.

do you know how to use QuartusII programmer? launch the program from QuartusII tools menu. and connect to your USB-Blaster to your board. if you use Active Serial programming. check Examine flag and start it. you can read pof image from your FPGA(EEPROM) if you use JTAG, tell me that it need another skill.- Mark as New
