problem with mult_accum Arithmetic Megafunctions

Hello everyone 

I have a problem with the function mult_accum 

when I simulated alone it works perfectly 

but once I instantiate in my system (Ram 1 => dataa; Ram 2 => datab) 

She always shows '0' output 

 

thank you to help me solve the problem
