hello! english is not my native language so excusme for the posible mistakes i'll do...
i'm trying to follow the an517.pdf (http://www.altera.com/literature/an/an517.pdf) resource to build a ddr2 sdram controller with sopc for a cyclone iii development board... this document allows you to build the system controller step by step. i've done it from the start to the end, but now i have to make the pins assignment and i'm having some problems... i have checked the schematic file included with the board but i'm so confused... if anyone could help me with that... thanks in advance.Link Copied

uettwiller, thanks for your answer. I know how to assign the pins (this is not my first project)! ;)
I had a fitter error when I tried to compile the project and i think it was because a bad pin assignment, but i couldn't be able to find the mistake and that was driving me crazy... i think i've solved the problem, and i'm going to test the project reading from and writting to SDRAM... hope it works!- Mark as New

i've tested my project and everything seems to work properly, i can write data in arbitrary ram direction and then read back...
i'm still thinking the fitter error was caused due to a bad pin assigment on the project.
