" Error enumerating FPGAs: no driver avaialble "

I've been trying to configure the Arria 10 PAC card using the fpgaconf command.

fpgaconf -B 0x3b unsigned_afu.gbs

But whenever I run the command, it returns the

" Error enumerating FPGAs: no driver avaialble "

Error.

What could be the possible causes of this?

Thanks.

May be you didn't install the Arria 10 PAC correctly, you can refer to below for reference.
