something wrong when I programmed my flash

then I use niosII 9.1 to program my flash, it stop an come out the error message said 

Error code:8 for command:$SOPC_KIT_NIOS/bin/nios2-flash-programmer"D:/GMR/pro_v2/flash/gmr_soft_v1_cfi_flash.flash"-base=0x200000-sidp=0x5011A0-id=0x7193BE6F-timestamp=1283391314-device=1-instance=0'-cable=USB-Blaster[USB-0]'-program-verbose
