strange warning to me(simulation)

"LCELL_FF hold high violation on datain with respect to clk" shows when i put the mouse onto the yellow arrow above the wave form in modelsim-altera software. 

What does it mean?Thanks.

P.S. Is funcitonal simulation a RTL simulation in modelsim-altera?
