suitable PIC for fingerprint

im working on a fingerprint on security system.. i want to output the system with a voice signal. the voice will say whether the user attempt is succeed to come in or not...there will be a server that will observe the doors..i would like to ask you, what is the most suitable PIC that i should use?

If you mean a Microchip PIC device, try the Microchip web site.

there's one more thing that im confusing.. 

 

i want to do a fingerprint with voice output.. 

what type of voice is the best? 

is it a 'text-to-voice converter' or just record my own voice?? 

 

plz do help me..
