why I can't found the instance of a stp in my project

I have download the .sof file through the itag, but the instance is not found when the .sof is downloaded successfully.

Did you include the .stp file when you compiled the project? There is a tickbox to inclide/not include in the project settings 

is the .sof file the correct one?
