I would like to gather more information about the issue that you are experiencing with the Intel® Rapid Storage Technology (Intel® RST) updates.
- Could you please provide the error information of the error that you are getting on the screen?
- Please run the Intel® System Support Utility to have the details about the drivers installed and hardware information: https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/25293/Intel-System-Support-Utility-for-Windows-
- Click the menu where it says summary to change to Detailed View.
- To save your scan, click Next and click Save. You can save the file to any accessible location on your computer.
- Please attach the document to the next post.
