The Intel Driver & Support Assistant is sometimes unreliable when it comes to checking for updates for my device. Hence me asking this question here.
I have a Gigabyte Z370 HD3 motherboard along with a Neo Forza Zion NFS01 (no nvme).
Intel RST has started a new driver installer, starting from version 220.127.116.116 found here. The Readme.txt of this version does not show support for my Z370 chipset. Does this mean that the only latest supported driver for this chipset is the legacy Intel RST 18.104.22.1683 found here? Any RST driver version 18.x would not be compatible with my Z370 chipset?
This is what I was able to find; there may be others that I missed in my search. You can try installing the newer (18.x) version; it will simply fail if it doesn't have support for your chipset. If it fails, you simply back off to the previous version.
