I want to use Intel fast storage technology 15.0.0.1039 to create raid1 in Windows server 2008, but the result is "An unknown error occurred in the volume creation process. Please try to create the volume again". How can I create raid1 while retaining disk 0 data?

Hello xuxuehai,
Thank you for posting on the Intel️® communities. We understand you are looking for information about how to create a RAID 1.
To have a better understanding of your issue, please provide me with the following:
- Are you using the Intel® Rapid Storage Technology enterprise or Intel® Rapid Storage Technology?
- Where did you install the Intel RST 15.0.0.1039 version from?
- Could you share a report using the Intel
System Support Utility (Intel SSU) - Download the Intel SSU
- Open the application and click "Scan" to see the system and device information. By default, Intel
SSU will take you to the "Summary View." - Click on the menu where it says: "Summary" to change it to "Detailed View."
- To save your scan: click "Next"; then "Save."
Note that we will close your other threads regarding this issue to avoid confusion. We will continue the support through this thread.
Best regards,
Jean O.
