How to unistall or disable Rapid Storage Technology?

I want to dual-boot Ubuntu Linux with Windows 10, it needs RST to be off. I am sure that I don't have RAID. So how to get rid of RST?

Steps:

1. Uninstall the Intel RST package.
2. Disable Intel RST from BIOS Setup by resetting the SATA Mode parameter from RAID (or one of the Optane settings) to AHCI.
3. If RST was enabled when you installed Windows, you may have problems booting from this Windows installation. You may have to reinstall Windows after this change as well. If someone knows a way around this, please chime in here).
