I RAID my Drives need help

All I want is for my Drives to be restored to original state I already tried formatting and reinstalling windows and it didn't help at all.

You have to remove the drives from the array. I usually do this through the BIOS interface. You will see this interface by doing CTRL-I during BIOS POST or, if CTRL-I is not offered, right within BIOS Setup.

Cntl+I doesn't work. Also there is no option in my BIOS to remove RAID

If it's UEFI BIOS, should be in BIOS Setup. Find the scene where the SATA is configured for RAID in stead of AHCI.

I set it to AHCI and then Intel RST doesn't allow me to change anything, and device manager can't find it the disk​

Yea, change it back to RAID, save and reboot. Enter BIOS Setup again and then look near where this parameter is set for place where you can delete array.
