I think there's misinformation in Readme_18.6.txt

The webpage to download RST 18.6 says it's for Windows 11 and 10.

However, the readme says it's only for Windows 10.

The exact text is pretty specific:

B.  The system must be running one of the following operating systems (no other Windows
    OS versions are supported):
    - Microsoft Windows* 10 x64 Edition** (current RTM version)
