IRST driver failing to install after optane memory module installation

hi,

i have installed intel optane memory 32gb module in my dell inspiron 5570 with i5 8th gen, 16gb ram 2tb hdd & win 10.

after installation of optane module i am unable to install IRST driver latest version though dell support assist is showing IRST driver is available and not installed in the system. when i am trying to install IRST ver. 17.0.2.1076 , it is failing to install. pl help.
