Intel RST Not Working Randomly

Hey!

I used my Intel Optane Stick as RST for the past year or so, and I wiped my windows partition *without* uninstalling optane. I ran "clean all" on the disk and haven't been able to get it back ever since.

My BIOS is indeed in UEFI mode.

My OS Drive Is Formatted As GPT

(My BIOS mode is set to AHCI, If I put it as RST it loads windows, and then reboots after about 30 seconds on the boot loading screen aka white dots) It didn't use to do this before.

There is no option to reset the stick to a non-optane drive.

 

(Disk Managment, unallocated 13 GB space is my intel optane 16GB drive)

As we understand, you need assistance with your Intel® Optane™ Memory. If we infer correctly we will appreciate if you can provide us with the following information:

 

•  Your system configuration including manufacturer, model and part number of all your system components and a copy of the SSU logs in the system that the Optane is connected.

 

1-          Go to https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/25293/ and download the software.

2-          When finished downloading it, open it.

3-          Attach the file obtained to your reply.

 

•  Please let us know the version of the RST software that you have installed in your system.

 

We will be looking forward to your reply including this information.
