After deploying March patches from Microsoft for Windows 7 I've had 15-20 PCs that I know of at the moment that all get an error when Windows loads that says the following
IAStorIconLauncher.exe - Entry Point Not Found
The procedure entry point_except1 could not be located in the dynamic link library MSVCR120.dll
I'm not seeing others posting about this here, but was still curious if anyone has run into this issue or if anyone has some tips of guesses on how to diagnose this issue and find the cause of the error.
Uninstalling the Intel Rapid Storage Technology prevents the error from coming up, but I prefer to not do this as my fix for these PCs.
Any ideas of how to tackle this issue?

Thanks for replying! The log is attached and version on the PC I'm testing with is 13.1.0.1058
All of the affected PCs seem to be version 13.x, We have some PCs that still have 12 and some that have 14 that aren't affected by this issue.

Hello HardTI,
Thank you for your patience, I truly appreciate it.
Based on the SSU file that we received, we discovered that you are using the previous version of the RST app (13.1.0.1058), as you specified as well.
That version is an OEM one, and since is not working it makes us think that there could be something wrong with it.
We found a newer OEM version on Dell's* site, that was released back in Jan 13th, 2016. However this one only supports Windows 10.
We need you to please install the latest version (Intel) from here:
https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/27400/Intel-Rapid-Storage-Technology-Intel-RST-User-Interface-and-Driver?product=55005 https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/27400/Intel-Rapid-Storage-Technology-Intel-RST-User-Interface-and-Driver?product=55005
This version is a generic one; however it provides full support for Windows 7.
Please monitor the results and let us know the outcome
I Hope to hear from you soon.
Best Regards,
Diego S.
