Intel raid controller card RS3DC080 raid 5 very slow write

I am using Intel raid controller card rs3dco80

I configured it with raid 5 using 8x 8tb Toshiba enterprises hdds ...all the hard drives are latest and with same firmware. The ​write speed is maximum 75mb/sec

Read speed is also not good approximately 700mb/sec. I tested all the drives individually all drives are healthy and with 240mb/sec read and write

The firmware of the card is also latest version.

First two days I have 250mb/sec write speed but after two days I copied almost 16tb data....after that the write speed is very slow....Max 75mb/sec​

So...what is the problem....how can I fix it....​

Please help me with this....

64gb ram
