Migrate software for Windows 10? Is there a Windows 10 utility available?

I have an Dell optiplex 990 with windows 10. My drives are set up with one Boot drive and a raid 0 for video storage at boot my Intel Rapid store says version 10.1.0.1008 i believe. Is there a raid management / migrate utility available for my older dell and windows 10?

Sorry, but Intel does not support Windows 10 on systems this old.
