Are you sure that this expansion card is not configured for JBOD by default?

Hello!

This is the car I am using:

https://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=9SIA6KX7KF1313&ignorebbr=1&source=region&nm_mc=KNC-...

How would I check if it that is the problem and how would I fix it?

I take it back. It would appear that this card simply provides 4 PCIe lanes to each of the four M.2 card slots and any JBOD/RAID configuration comes out of RSTe/VROC. As for how to get this working, you are probably going to have to talk to Asus about this.
