Optane Memory Driver/Software Not Loading in Windows 10

I installed the driver for RST on my Windows 10 64 bit laptop. Installed with no issue. It tells me that Optane Memory is not installed. I attempt to install the Optane Memory driver (same page as RST .exe file), yet despite that the page says you cannot install both, only one or the other. Intel clearly can't get their stuff right. It would not allow me to install Optane driver since RST was installed.

 

I uninstalled RST, rebooted. I installed Optane Memory driver and rebooted. It loads in tray and if I click to open it, this is all I see. I've uninstalled, reinstalled a few times with no success. Control panel never loads up.

If we infer correctly we will appreciate if you can provide us with the following information: • The SSU logs. 1- Go to https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/25293/ and download the software. 2- When finished downloading it, open it. 3- Attach the file obtained to your reply. • A screenshot of the “Disk Management” of windows showing all your HDDs and partitions.
