I used "Intel(R) Optane Memory and Storage Management Ver.17.9.1.1009.4" to convert or switch from AHCI to RAID mode on Windows 10 IoT Enterprise 2019 LTSC 64bit.

This tool cannot work converting from AHCI to RAID.
My checking process.
1. Execute an Optane tool Ver.17.9.1.1009.4.
2. Enable "Switch system SATA controller to Intel RST premium mode" in this tool.
3. Restart.
4. Boot OS with safe mode.
5. Stop... I waited about 10 minutes on Safe Mode.
This tool sometimes fail and pass.
Pass is automatically reboot, and OS can boot normal mode at RST premium mode.
Why reason?
First time, I ask intel premium support about this problem, case 00673249.
Second time, I ask intel online service support about this problem, request number 05361977.
However, I could not solve this problem yet...
They introduced you(this site).
Intel online service support said that this problem have relation of rapid storage technology.
