Recover RAID 1 after failure

Not applicable
512 Views

I have an HP Elitedesk 800 with Intel Rapid store Technology.

The machine rebooted an now says no operating system.

There is a RAID 1 mirror with 2 1tb mechanical drives.  The array says it is in a "Failed" state.  But I removed the drives and connected them to another machine using an externally attached USB disk adapter.  Both drives showed the normal Windows booth disk folders.

I also ran the local hardware test on the Hp machine and both drive passed.

The issue seems to be the ARRAY is corrupted, but not the disk.

How do I recover the system to a running machine?

Thanks in advance.
