Replacing existing hardware RAID-1 array of two disks with two new ones?

Hello,

I am using an hardware RAID-1 array consisting of two disks, and one keeps increasing the amount of reallocated sectors. As the drives are pretty old and slow anyway, I ordered two new ones. How can I recreate the RAID-1 properly with the existing data, when the new drives arrive?

Thanks,

Tim
