Hi, so I downloaded IDSR and it shows me that I have 1 update available, and it's the RST for 7th/8th gen, And I have an i5 9th gen. Should I download it? Thanks.

In order to better assist you, please provide the following:
1. Run the Intel® System Support Utility (Intel® SSU) and attach the report generated:
- Open the application, check the "Everything" box, and click on "Scan" to see the system and device information. By default, Intel® SSU will take you to the "Summary View".
- Click on the menu where it says "Summary" to change to "Detailed View".
- To save your scan, click on "Next", then "Save".
- Use the option under the reply window to attach the report to the thread (Drag and drop here or browse files to attach).
2. What is the exact driver version offered by the Intel® Driver & Support Assistant (Intel® DSA)?
3. Please keep in mind that the Intel® DSA will scan based on our system database, it will not recognize the customizations from OEM systems (in case you have one). We recommend to use driver updates provided by the OEM or via Windows Update to eliminate the potential impact caused by loading non-customized drivers. OEMs regularly customize Intel generic drivers to meet the needs of their specific system design. In such cases, use of the Intel generic driver update is not recommended.
4. In case you want to use the generic driver, you can try doing a manual installation:
