After Storage Containers - when I expand it - it shows this:
Microsoft Storage Spaces Controller
There is no mention of the Intel information.
I have an Intel Core i7 7500 U CPU@ 2.7 GHz
It's difficult to know what to do if the intel product is not showing up when I try to figure out what driver I have, yet I get a big notice that I cannot Update Windows 10 until I figure this out.
Tried to call in.... stayed on hold for 30 minutes. First in cue. Then the person picked up the line and promptly hung up on me. Nice going there Intel.
Anyone have any idea how to fix the driver if the Microsoft device manager does not even recognize it?
Thanks in advance.
Jan

Hello JRoss24,
Thank you for posting on the Intel ® communities.
I would like to assist you with the issue you have been experiencing. In order to update Windows 10 and avoid the error message that prevents it, please follow the steps below:
1 - Please update the system to Intel® RST driver version 15.9.6.1044.
https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/28656/Intel-Rapid-Storage-Technology-Intel-RST-User-Interface-and-Driver
2 - Manually delete the iastora folder in C:\Windows\System32\drivers\iaStorA.sys
3 - Restart the installation process for the Windows Update.
After following this steps, your Windows update should be completed with no issue.
Let me know the outcome.
