Hi JTher1,
Thank you for your reply to Intel® SSD support group.
We have made a quick Internet search, and led us to find your server Supermicro* model X8STi has Discontinued SKU End Of Life (EOL) status.
Supermicro* indicates to contact sales-rep for alternative options, please follow this link: https://www.supermicro.com/products/motherboard/Xeon3000/X58/X8STi-F.cfm
Additionally we have found, Supermicro* does not support for this server, Windows Server 2016 Standard. Please look in the product resources link: https://www.supermicro.com/support/resources/resource_drivers.cfm.
Our recommendation is to contact your OEM, Supermicro* directly, for further details on drivers and current support for your sever.

Hi JTher1,
Thank you for your contact to Intel® SSD support group with your request for assistance with Intel® Rapid Storage Technology (Intel® RST).
We have reviewed the information provided and found your request on your installation of Intel® Rapid Storage Technology (Intel® RST) User Interface and Driver Version: 17.2.0.1009 the Latest version from 3/15/2019 can be downloaded from following link: https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/28650/Intel-Rapid-Storage-Technology-Intel-RST-User-Interface-and-Driver
Intel recommends end users, utilize driver updates provided by their system manufacturer/provider or via Windows Update to eliminate the potential impact caused by loading non-customized drivers.
System manufacturers regularly customize Intel generic drivers to meet the needs of their specific system design. In such cases, use of the Intel generic driver update is not recommended. As an OEM product, Intel® provides generic versions of hardware, software and drivers to manufacturers. Your OEM is responsible for altered features, customization incorporated, or other changes made.
Our recommendation is to contact your OEM, Supermicro* directly, for further details on download and installation; for additional details on configuration, Supermicro* has created a User’s manual you can download from the following link: https://www.supermicro.com/manuals/other/Intel_PCH_RAID_Config.pdf
Please let us know if there is anything else we can help you with.
We will be looking forward to your reply.
Best regards,
Santiago A.

Hey, that is the link we used to install the software causing the error.
According to that URL the latest version is 17.2.0.1009 (Latest) Date: 3/15/2019. If you refer to the logs that I shared in the first post that is the version we are currently running.
Furthermore I checked supermicro's website, they only provide the driver for the LAN adapter. https://www.supermicro.com/support/resources/resource_drivers.cfm
