Hello mfmarya,
Hope you are doing fine,
You can access our web site "ARK" and search for the product.
As you can see in this https://ark.intel.com/products/49602/Intel-RAID-Smart-Battery-AXXRPCM2 link product launch date was from the first quarter of 2010 and it is discontinued since 2011 so, we recommend you to replace the battery.
Best Regards,

Hello mfmarya,
Please verify that the battery is fine and can you share the TTY logs from the RAID Web console?
Also, can you try to update the RAID Controller firmware?
Best regards,

Hello mfmarya,
Well actually I doubt that a battery with 2 years without use can maintain his integrity but, we could try performing the RAID controller firmware update and see if that works.
We were checking the logs and shows that as soon the RAID controller tries to charge, the battery denies it so, we can determinate that it is battery issues.

thanks.
Could you provide actual firmware (or link on it) to update, please?
If update don't help me, I'll try to buy new battery.
