Hello, IversonHuang.

Thank you for posting on the Intel Community Support forums for Intel Server Systems.

I have not been able to identify the correct support area for your inquiry based on the description of this request, so please let me know the following:

1. Is this the same support channel (forum) that you usually use to submit this type of inquiry?

2. Do you (or someone else at your company) have access to Intel Premier Support (IPS)?

3. Have you tried reviewing other forum sections that could be more closely related to your inquiry? For example:

https://community.intel.com/t5/Processors/bd-p/processors

https://community.intel.com/t5/Developer-Software-Forums/ct-p/developer-software-forums

I will follow up on June 22nd in case we do not hear from you.

Regards,

Hi Bruce:

Due to I don't have IPS premissions,so I had check my Intel PAE about this.

The PAE had check my question and quickly response to me.

I think this problem had closed.

Thank you.
