Since I cannot find any official place to report this to Intel and cannot find a good clear way to do the same via eBay directly, I thought I'd post it here.

I'm taking my time to report this because it appears to me a seller is illegally selling systems built around Confidential CPUs, and the systems are servers, so they get to charger a higher price. That also can cause issues for those who unwittingly purchase the devices as well as competition with legitimate server sellers.
One example here (mention of Confidential CPU in description):

Hopefully someone has a better idea how to handle this.
